About the role
Due to their continued success and growth, our client is currently recruiting for a highly organised Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an excellent reputation during an exciting time of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing and coordinating project related emails, calendars and communications
- Tracking project budgets and expenses.
- Assisting with identifying project risks and support with the development.
- Assisting the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Filing project documentation including contracts, project plans and reports
- Coordinate meetings
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience withing a similar administrative role, coordinating projects or similar
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in delivery high-quality customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
