Job Responsibilities Support teachers with the delivery of effective lessonsProvide targeted one–to–one and small–group support to pupilsAssist pupils with their learning, development and classroom activities while encouraging independenceSupport positive behaviour management and contribute to a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environmentPrepare classroom resources and learning materials in line with lesson objectivesWork collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff to support pupils' academic, social and emotional development Qualifications/Experience Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor or in a similar roleStrong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the roleEnhanced DBS Certificate with the Update ServiceRight to work in the UK
