About the role
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based across the UK. We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.
Shifts: Shifts run Saturday – Wednesday 8:00am to 18:00pm
Monday – Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm
Pay Rates (PAYE):
- £18.35 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours: £27.53 per hour

The role:
Bulk deliveries / Collection
Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).
Have at least 6 months of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.
Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
Less than 12 infringement points in any one month and no infringement points for three consecutive months.
Flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday with start times from 12 pm - 9 pm (all paid at night rate).
Ability to travel to local site for tacho card download prior to being put forward.
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Excellent communication skills.
