Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Primary Schools Leeds Location: Leeds Job Type: Full–Time & Part–Time Opportunities Salary: Competitive daily rates Are you a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking to work in primary schools across Leeds? We are seeking dedicated LSAs to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a variety of welcoming primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential, whether supporting whole–class learning, small intervention groups, or pupils with additional needs. The Role Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.Providing support for children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs.Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Requirements Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.A positive, patient and proactive attitude.Strong communication and teamwork skills.An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
