Job Title: IT Data Administrator (NHS role) Location: 100% Onsite at The Annex, County Hall, EX2 4QD. (May be required to travel to other sites within the Royal Devon University) Trust: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS FT Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pay Rate: 14.05/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth 1.98/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer's NI (worth 2.98/hr) = 19.01/hr Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension) Job Summary: This role is ideally for someone with IT Support or Customer service experience. Key Responsibilities: Managing a main patient index database with demographic updates. This includes validating and correcting patient level data for the Trust to report accurate data. Answering phone calls, handling incoming emails and speaking to staff and members of the public on a day-to-day basis. Key requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent attention to detail and precision Strong customer service skills
