International Mission to Jewish People is a faith-driven organisation with a nearly 200-year history of sharing the Good News of Jesus with Jewish people across the UK, Israel, the USA, and beyond. As International Mission to Jewish People continues into a new season of opportunity and responsibility, the organisation is strengthening its digital communications to deepen supporter engagement and help sustain vital mission work for the future.
We're partnering with International Mission to Jewish People to recruit a creative and proactive Digital Communications Officer to lead the day-to-day delivery of its digital communications across the website, social media, email, and online campaigns. This is a hands-on role, well suited to someone who enjoys turning stories and prayer updates into engaging digital content, building effective supporter journeys, and using insight to improve performance.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications and colleagues across the organisation, you'll create landing pages, email campaigns, social content, short-form video, and the digital elements of UK and US appeals. You'll also manage paid advertising within agreed budgets, improve online giving journeys, support the monthly online prayer event, and use CRM and analytics data to help turn interest into prayer, giving, and lasting support. You'll be joining a small, committed team, communicating mission activity that is sensitive, international in scope, and rooted in prayer, compassion, and faithfulness.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Write and edit clear, compelling, and accurate content for websites, email, social media, and digital campaigns
- Build and send email campaigns, manage website content, and run social media channels
- Use CRM data and digital analytics to build audiences, monitor consent, report on performance, and improve supporter journeys
- Manage multiple campaigns, channels, and deadlines with accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- Create landing pages and short-form video, and apply practical design, photography, or video-editing skills
- Support paid advertising, online giving journeys, and IMJP's monthly online prayer event
