Based near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, you'll create seasonal menus using quality regional produce while helping the restaurant deliver memorable dining experiences. You will: Lead, coach and inspire the kitchen teamCreate seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredientsMaintain consistently high standards of food and presentationManage food costs, stock control, wastage and profitabilityRecruit, train and develop kitchen team membersMaintain excellent food safety, HACCP and hygiene standardsIntroduce new dishes and continually improve the food offeringWork closely with senior culinary and operational leadersCreate a positive kitchen culture focused on quality and developmentWhat we're looking for The successful Head Chef will combine strong leadership skills with genuine creativity and commercial awareness. Previous experience within a quality restaurant, hotel or Rosette-standard operation would be ideal.
