About the Role We are looking for detail-oriented smartphone users to test mobile applications and provide candid, structured feedback. In this role, you will walk through new features, identify software glitches, assess user experience (UX), and submit clear review reports to help developers polish their products before public launch. No previous software engineering or technical QA experience is required—we want feedback from everyday users with diverse perspectives. Responsibilities Execute Test Scenarios: Follow straightforward step-by-step instructions to explore apps (e.g., Reviewing ease of use, app interaction and user interface). Identify & Report Bugs: Document visual errors, crashes, broken links, or confusing user interfaces. Provide Structured Reviews: Complete post-test surveys summarizing what worked well, what was frustrating, and how intuitive the app felt. Requirements Age: 21+ Access to an updated iOS (iPhone/iPad) or Android device with a stable internet connection. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to describe issues clearly. High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Punctuality in meeting agreed-upon test submission deadlines.
