We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant / Support Worker to empower a lovely lady with learning disabilities to live an active, fulfilling, and independent life. This is much more than just a care role—it’s an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship, inspire confidence, and help her achieve her personal goals! What You’ll Be Doing Every day brings a nice mix of support, learning, and fun activities, including: 🎨 Out & About: Accompanying her to swimming, walks, and local social activities.

🍳 Daily Living Skills: Assisting with personal care, preparing tasty meals, and helping with laundry.

🌱 Empowerment: Guiding and teaching daily tasks to build skills and independence for her future.

Who We’re Looking For
The Right Personality: Warm, empathetic, very reliable, and genuinely interested in supporting others.

Experience: 6+ months in a care or support role is preferred, but open to the right person with the core qualities.

Driving: Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car (travel expenses are reimbursed).

Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally cover weekday hours when other PAs are on holiday.
