Care Assistant / Support Worker Location: Basingstoke and Winchester (and surrounding areas) Salary: £13.30 – £15.50 per hour (dependent on experience and shift times) Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Bank contracts available Requirements: Must have the legal Right to Work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available for this role) Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily routines including washing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Daily Living Support: Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping. Companionship: Providing vital emotional support, a friendly face, and accompanying clients to appointments or social outings. Medication Support: Assisting with medication reminders and management in line with personalized care plans. Accurate Record Keeping: Updating daily logs to ensure continuity of care and peace of mind for families. Communication: Good spoken and written English. Right to Work: You must already possess the valid legal right to work full-time in the UK. Travel: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous for traveling between clients in Basingstoke and Newbury.
