Sales Assistant

Salary: £5,285 per annum (£13.50 p/hour).

Hours: 7.5 per week on Mondays plus additional hours available as cover.

Based: Bishopthorpe, York, YO23 2RF.

Our shop sells the many wonderful products that we make, bake and grow here at Brunswick. The team prides itself on offering an excellent experience for our customers – welcoming, knowledgeable and with quality products. This role is customer facing and will involve serving customers, stock replenishment, watering plants as needed, and keeping our shop environment a tidy and welcoming environment for all. We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, is friendly, positive and a great team player. All of our shop team work alongside workers so having the personal qualities and skills to enable them in their work is also vital.

Additional hours will be available during the week and at weekends to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods. Availability to work additional hours at weekends, between April-June and in the lead up to Christmas is highly desirable.
