Bar Staff Needed – Glasgow Southside Sports Bar We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hard-working Bar Staff to join our team at a busy sports bar in the heart of Glasgow's Southside. Whether you are looking for part-time hours to fit around your studies or a more consistent schedule, we have various hours and shifts available to suit your lifestyle. What You Will Be Doing Serving drinks: Pouring pints, mixing drinks, and serving spirits quickly and accurately, especially during peak match-day rushes.
Customer service: Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and making sure everyone has a great experience.
Handling cash and card payments: Operating the till system accurately.
Keeping the bar clean: Cleaning tables, collecting glasses, restocking fridges, and ensuring the bar area is spotless.
Teamwork: Working closely with the rest of the team to keep the atmosphere lively and organized.
What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is a must, as these are our busiest times (especially during big football matches and sporting events).
Skills: Excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Legal requirements: Must be 18 or over to serve alcohol.
