About the role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will take ownership of end -to-end payroll processing, acro9ss multiple payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance within UK Payroll legislation.

Description
- Process payroll data accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Assist with payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
- Support the wider accounting and finance department with administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- 3 years + experience in end to end payroll administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in a high volume payroll environment.
- Excellent communication skills for resolving payroll queries.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and finance teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ideally you will have SAP experience
- Experience working in payroll bureau or outsourced payroll environment, would be desirable.
