About the role
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a Professional Services business who are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Duties:
- Managing incoming Finance department post tray
- Processing daily incoming invoices and expenses
- Monitoring all finance mailboxes
- Daily purchase invoice processing for all companies
- Clearing of queried invoices daily for all companies
- Weekly supplier statement reconciliation
- Compete Month End Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to work both as part of a team and under own initiative
- Able to quickly build strong working relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner, both written and verbally
Salary:
- £26,000 - £28,000
