Retail Data Analyst

This is an opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a retail fashion buisness delivering insight across retail, customer and commercial functions. You'll work with stakeholders across the organisation, using data to support decision-making and performance improvement.The CompanyThey are a consumer-focused business with an established retail presence and an expanding data function. Data is central to how they understand customer behaviour, measure performance and support growth. The role sits within a collaborative team and offers exposure to a range of business areas.The RoleYou will:

• Analyse customer, retail and finance data to support business decisions.
• Provide insights to support new store openings and expansion plans.
• Measure store performance, customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
• Assess the impact of retail initiatives, events and pop-up activity.
• Analyse sales cannibalisation across stores and channels.
• Support forecasting and predictive modelling projects.
• Produce reporting on customer behaviour, purchasing patterns and product trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, loyalty and growth.
• Measure the performance of customer engagement campaigns across multiple markets.
• Build customer segments and analyse targeting strategies.
• Evaluate A/B test results and campaign outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong advanced Excel and SQL as well as experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience analysing customer, commercial, marketing or retail data.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights and present that back to the team.
• Experience building dashboards and management reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with customer segmentation, campaign analysis or loyalty programmes is beneficial
