Good In Operative

Looking for a role where you can put your FLT skills and technical expertise to good use?

As a Goods In Operative, you'll be responsible for overseeing stock control, material planning and site goods-in processes, ensuring the smooth flow of materials across the site while supporting the production of high-quality dairy products.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

Salary: £29,737.03

What will you be doing?

• Operating machinery and processes safely and effectively
• Managing stock control processes and material requirements planning.
• Procuring site chemicals and coordinating waste exports
• Carrying out quality inspections and first-line maintenance checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Operating FLT equipment in line with company standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, goods-in or distribution environment (desirable)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of stock management, inventory control or MRP systems would be advantageous
• FLT experience is desirable
