We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established global recruitment organisation, offering excellent training, development and a structured career pathway towards becoming an IT Manager within 3–5 years, subject to achieving agreed objectives. Reporting directly to the Global IT Director, you will support IT projects, systems implementations and technology improvements across an international business. Previous experience working within a recruitment agency is essential, along with a good understanding of recruitment systems and processes. Experience using Bullhorn would be particularly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with as little as two years' relevant experience who is ambitious, eager to learn and looking to develop a long-term career in IT. Responsibilities will include:Coordinating IT projects, system implementations and technology improvements from planning through to completionWorking with internal teams, stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects remain on trackMaintaining project plans, timelines, documentation and progress reportsMonitoring deadlines, identifying potential issues and proactively finding solutionsSupporting systems testing, implementation, user training and process improvementsMaintaining accurate IT records, systems information and operational documentationCoordinating IT onboarding, offboarding, equipment and access requestsProviding initial IT support and liaising with external providers to resolve technical issuesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and working practices About you:We are looking for someone with the right combination of technical aptitude, professionalism and ambition.A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, including previous employment within a recruitment agencyExperience supporting IT systems, projects, systems administration or technology-related business operationsKnowledge of recruitment CRM/ATS systems, ideally BullhornExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and consistently meet deadlinesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with people at all levelsA responsible, reliable and conscientious approach to workA proactive self-starter who uses initiative, common sense and sound judgementA genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills and take on increasing responsibilityGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applicationsThe drive and commitment to build a long-term career within IT What's on offer?A structured development pathway towards IT Manager within 3–5 yearsDirect exposure to the Global IT DirectorExcellent training and professional development opportunitiesExperience working on meaningful IT projects within a global recruitment organisationHybrid working with Fridays from home23 days' annual leave, increasing to 28 days (including three days allocated to Christmas closure)Private healthcare, company pension and life assurance If you have experience working within recruitment, enjoy technology and systems, and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career with a global organisation, we would love to hear from you.
