Project Coordinator

A specialist in drinks packaging design: this is the studio brands turn to when a wine, beer or spirit needs to earn its place on a crowded shelf, and it remains, pointedly, independent, and they intend to stay that way.

It is also growing quickly and extending its creative DNA beyond drinks into gaming and sports culture – that expansion is live, not theoretical, and it means more projects moving through the studio than ever.

The Role
This is a role for someone who likes being the person who knows where everything is – you’ll keep projects moving from brief to shelf: building timelines, tracking budgets, trafficking work through the studio, and making sure designers, account leads and production partners are working from the same page.

You’ll take notes on client calls, turn them into clear next steps, and chase what needs chasing before it becomes a problem. You’ll also have a hand in production, liaising with printers and suppliers to make sure what leaves the studio arrives exactly as it was designed. Your work will sit mainly across the drinks portfolio, with growing exposure to the gaming and sports projects as that side of the studio builds.

The Package
$80,000 – $85,000
Hybrid working
Brilliant culture and friendly team
Collaborative working environment
Plenty of socials and perks

The Person
You’ve spent time coordinating projects at a creative, branding or packaging agency, so you’re organised without being rigid, comfortable juggling several projects at once, and calm when timelines shift.

Experience in packaging, CPG or drinks will set you apart, as will an understanding of how print and production actually work.
