Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

Our client is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in London. Key Responsibilities Provide support to our client's team and Senior Quantity Surveyor on all Quantity Surveying functions. Work directly with Contract Managers to advise on the commercial status of projects. Assist in the review of all project contracts. Help the Senior QS with the preparation of Commercial Reports. Negotiate with contractors across all projects, including preparation of variations. Manage major subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final account. Assist the Senior QS with monthly progress applications. Perform all other duties associated with this role. About You Relevant third level qualifications are an advantage but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team. Excellent IT skills.
