Unqualified Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Maidenhead on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, adapting to their individual learning needs.

• Help create engaging and inclusive learning experiences alongside the class teacher.

• Encourage positive behaviour and celebrate pupils' achievements.

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a school or care setting, with a minimum of 3 months desirable.

• A patient, empathetic approach and a passion for supporting children's development.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

• Based in or around Maidenhead, or happy to commute.

• Available full-time, Monday to Friday.
