Customer Service Assistant

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an industry leading and rapidly expanding client based in Leatherhead to join their busy and fun team. We are seeking an energetic and driven candidate who can provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Duties:

• Receiving high volume calls dealing with enquiries
• Updating CRM system
• Resolving customer issues in an efficient manner
• Escalating to management for complex customer service issues
• Responding to emails

The ideal candidate:

• Previous office experience within a similar role is ideal but not essential!!
• Minimum C's GCSE Maths and English
• Excellent communication skills whether its via telephone or email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Hold a problem-solving attitude.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract initially however for candidates who really prove themselves there is every possibility this could become permanent. Additionally if you do not yet have office based experience but have some retail experience this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain office experience!
