Warehouse Supervisor
Co. Donegal – Ballybofey
Salary – up to €40,000
Due to continued growth and success, I am delighted to be working with a leading FMCG company who are seeking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will…
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including goods-in, storage, stock control, order picking/packing, and despatch.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet trucks, and scanners.
- Utilise the WMS to monitor stock levels and report on key metrics.
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance across the site
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other site departments to ensure operational targets and customer commitments are achieved.
- Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team, ensuring clear communication of tasks and priorities.
- Manage team rotas, holiday scheduling, absence reporting, and performance management.
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes
- Other adhoc duties
About you…
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient IT Skills
