You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys. What you'll do as a Sales Advisor * Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings * Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments * Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently * Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions * Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers What experience do I need? * Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency * Able to work Thursday through to Monday 10am-5pm (our busiest times!) * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle * A passion for providing exceptional customer service * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review our privacy policy, which is available on our corporate website, which will detail how we will process your personal data.
