We are seeking a motivated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Warrington. This is your chance to make a real difference in a child's educational journey by providing tailored support in a vibrant Key Stage 1 classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student within a Key Stage 1 setting to facilitate their learning and development.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to implement personalised lesson plans and interventions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes academic and social growth.
• Assist the student with classroom activities, ensuring they remain engaged and supported throughout the day.
• Monitor and record the student's progress, providing regular feedback to teaching staff and parents where necessary.
• Support the social and emotional well-being of the student, helping them build confidence and independence.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational or nursery setting is highly desirable.
• A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications (e.g., Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are considered an asset.
• A commitment to maintaining safeguarding and health and safety standards.
