About the Company:
A rapidly growing FinTech company dedicated to redefining how individuals and families connect and engage with their money is seeking to recruit a high quality Chartered Wealth Planner. Their mission is to make personal finance transparent, efficient, and meaningful, focusing on how we live rather than what we own.
The Role:
As a Wealth Planner, you will represent the company and serve as the primary point of contact for their sophisticated Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, who are industry leaders in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, and Law sectors.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial and life goals, meeting them in person when necessary.
- Develop and oversee the execution of clients' Financial Life Strategy.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, responding to queries, conducting meetings, and offering financial advice.
- Collaborate with the Investment and Financial Life Solutions team to provide specialized investment advice.
- Become an expert in their technology and leverage it to drive optimal performance outcomes for clients.
- Shape the future of your role as the company grows, with opportunities for career progression.
Requirements:
- Hold a Chartered certificate and be regulated by the FCA to give financial advice (Ideally CII).
- Significant experience providing financial advice to sophisticated High Net Worth (HNW) and UHNW clients, ideally with 5+ years in the industry and at least 1 year as an adviser.
- Thorough understanding of common tax wrappers held by UK-based HNW and UHNW clients, such as ISAs and pensions.
- Demonstrable experience in sophisticated cash-flow planning and financial modeling.
- High Level academic background
The Person:
- Warm and engaging with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Solutions-led with the ability to proactively seek answers.
- Methodical and detail-oriented with confidence in handling demanding clients.
- Effective collaborator with a people-centered approach.
- Inquisitive, independent thinker eager to share ideas.
- Comfortable in a flat hierarchy and team-oriented environment.
Benefits:
- Outcome-led, flexible, and happy work environment with a hybrid working policy.
- 25 days of annual leave per year.
- Regular team socials for work-life balance.
- Support for mental and physical health, including online fitness classes and access to a gym group in London.
- Family-friendly policies.
