About the role
Morson Edge is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to support A400M aircraft operations, providing effective maintenance planning and coordination to ensure airworthiness requirements are met.
Rate: Up to £26.92 per hour PAYE / £36 per hour Umbrella, 3 month contract initially
The role sits within a team delivering a comprehensive airworthiness service, working across maintenance planning, licensed line maintenance, technical services, structures and systems specialists, facilities management, security, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the IOC Planning Focal Point to manage day-to-day priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory Articles (RAs) and internal procedures.
- Develop and deliver short-term maintenance plans covering a three-month period.
- Identify maintenance task requirements and ensure these are incorporated into the Flying Programme (Fly Pro) and Integrated Through-Life Plan (ITLP).
- Liaise with Technical Services and Configuration Engineers.
- Coordinate with Material Support and relevant maintenance organisations to ensure effective planning of maintenance and modifications.
- Attend daily operational calls and provide relevant planning updates.
- Input and maintain A400M planning data within the Maintenance Data System (MDS).
- Undertake projects and assignments as directed by the Head of Technical Support Operations.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the airline industry.
- Previous CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) experience.
