About the role
You'll be joining an established, family-owned company in the premium workplace coffee sector, with plans to triple its turnover to £45 million over the next 3–5 years. With a strong reputation, an ambitious commercial team and genuine investment in its people, you'll have the backing to turn opportunities into results.
You don't need experience in the coffee industry. What matters is your track record of winning new business and your ability to turn conversations into commercial success.
What's in it for you?

- Performance-related bonuses that reward your success in securing new customers.
- The opportunity to play a significant part in an ambitious growth plan, with turnover targeted to reach £45 million.
- Clear career progression opportunities as the commercial team expands.
- Ongoing training and professional development to help you build on your sales expertise.
- Pension scheme, increasing holiday entitlement with length of service and a supportive team that celebrates success.
- Identify, target and secure new customers across London, building a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their requirements and presenting solutions that deliver value.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and meetings through to negotiations and closing deals.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets while identifying opportunities for further growth.
- Attend customer meetings and networking events across London to generate leads and strengthen your market presence.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from securing new customers to delivering an excellent service.
- Proven experience in new business sales, with a demonstrable track record of winning customers and closing deals.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
- Strong commercial negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the London market and experience engaging with business decision-makers.
- Ability to travel across London for customer meetings several times per week.
