Experienced Client Manager / Accountant
Location: Oldham
Salary: £40-60k DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, flexible hours

Mpeople Recruitment are working with a busy well-established accountancy practice seeking a client-focused individual to manage a portfolio of clients, oversee accounts and compliance work, and build strong relationships with business owners and directors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Preparing and reviewing accounts, tax and compliance work
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business owners
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Managing deadlines and ensuring a high standard of client service
About you:
- Experienced within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
