PTS Senior Site Supervisor - Electrical
East Coast Main Line | Contract | Days & Nights
We're looking for an experienced PTS Senior Site Supervisor to join a major programme of works on the East Coast Main Line. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll be responsible for overseeing site activities, driving safe delivery, and ensuring works are completed to the required standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating site teams during planned works
- Ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in line with railway standards and project requirements
- Monitoring progress on site and helping to resolve issues as they arise
- Working closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
- Maintaining site records and reporting on progress, quality and safety performance
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience supervising rail, telecoms, M&E, or electrical infrastructure projects
- Valid PTS and ECS cards
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Strong understanding of rail safety procedures and site compliance requirements
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced rail environment
- A proactive approach to problem solving and safe delivery
