About the role
Job Description Pay rate: £17.85 per hour. Working times: Monday to Friday, 06:00-10:00 (20Hours per week). Location: In and around Bristol, vehicle provided. Requirements: * Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) * Manual UK Driving License required. About The Role Job Responsibilities: * Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. * Conducting comprehensive site inspections and rigorous quality checks to uphold our standards. * Providing practical, hands-on cleaning support and cover as operational needs dictate. * Proactively managing cleaning stock, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency. * Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and Kindred's operational guidelines. * Cultivating strong, positive relationships with site contacts and colleagues. Minimum requirements: * Previous cleaning or supervising experience. * Holder of a valid UK driving license. * Can reliably commute throughout working area. * Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments. * Complete tasks within a specified timeframe. * An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
