Property Administrator
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £competitive
Part time - 8- 10 hours
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a professional property business that is looking for an organised and proactive Property Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting the administration and financial management of commercial property portfolios, with regular contact with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day property administration and accounts.
- Processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconciling rental income and service charges.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and suppliers.
- Assisting with property management, reporting and general administration.
- Supporting senior management with day-to-day requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed.
About You
- Previous experience in property administration, property management or property accounts.
- Good working knowledge of Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
