PPC Executive

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking for an experienced PPC Executive to join its growing marketing team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of paid search campaigns across a range of legal practice areas, using your analytical skills and legal marketing knowledge to generate high-quality enquiries and support business growth.

Previous PPC experience within the legal sector is essential. You must have a proven track record of managing paid search campaigns for legal services, either within a law firm or a legal marketing environment.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery, optimisation and performance of paid search campaigns, ensuring budgets are used effectively and campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, increase conversion rates and attract relevant enquiries across multiple legal service lines.

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across a range of legal practice areas.

• Monitor campaign performance, advertising spend, conversions and return on investment.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis within the legal market.

• Review campaign data to identify trends, performance issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Implement campaign changes to improve lead quality, conversion rates and budget efficiency.

• Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and practical recommendations.

• Use Google Analytics and conversion tracking to understand campaign effectiveness and inform decisions.

• Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to align paid search activity with business growth objectives.

• Keep up to date with PPC trends, advertising platform updates and developments in legal sector marketing.

You will be commercially minded, analytical and confident using data to make decisions. You will understand the specialist nature of legal lead generation and be able to demonstrate how your work has contributed to campaign results.

• Previous experience in a PPC Executive, Paid Media or similar role.

• Demonstrable experience managing PPC campaigns within a law firm or legal marketing environment.

• A proven track record of generating enquiries for legal services.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

• Experience monitoring and managing campaign budgets.

• Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.

• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.

• A commercial approach to improving campaign performance and return on investment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
