Finance Assistant
Basildon
Up to £27k
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance and Operations Teams within a very successful mortgage brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing of email inboxes, responding to queries and directing tasks to appropriate team members.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to the Finance Team and wider business.
- Invoices and expenses reconciliation including allocations on our CRM system.
- Manage accounts receivable
- Support the team with daily payment reconciliation, monitor and pro-actively manage outstanding balances, and provide additional support to the insurance team as needed.
Skills / Experience required:
- Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Motivated and well organised
- Computer literate and good knowledge Microsoft Office and Sage Accounting.
- Excellence in customer service to deliver first class service
- Desire be a successful team player in a busy and dynamic environment.
