About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our team supporting Greggs at their Hamble Lane store in Southampton.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer experiences across all ordering channels—including in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru. You will work alongside a friendly team to keep the shop running efficiently and looking its best during daytime operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and welcoming service to every customer.
Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items, including sandwich making and oven management.
Shop Maintenance: Keep customer areas, counter displays, and food prep stations clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately assemble and prepare orders for online, Click + Collect, and delivery customers.
Working Hours & Availability
Contract Hours: 30 hours per week (Permanent)
Shift Times: Shifts fall strictly between 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

No previous experience required—full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
