Responsibilities:

• Handling a full range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder issues, director disputes and property litigation.
• Managing cases from inception through to resolution, ensuring high standards of client service and legal expertise.
• Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support client needs and share expertise.
• Contributing to the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellent legal service and professional development.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with any PQE level.
• Proven experience in commercial litigation, although they will consider solicitors with strong civil litigation experience looking to make the move to commercial litigation work.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
