French Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Position: Customer Service Administrator, Full–time Office Based Salary: 28,000, Location: Hailsham, East Sussex Our client is looking to recruit a customer–focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Hailsham, East Sussex. This is a varied role supporting customers, processing orders and working closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email. Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately. Resolve customer queries and issues professionally. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Produce weekly reports for key customer accounts. Manage promotions to support product sales. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Work closely with sales and other departments to support customers. About You Ideally 2/3 years' customer service experience. Fluent in both French and English. Good communication and organisational skills. Problem–solving ability with a positive, customer–focused approach. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Accurate, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions Full–time role Office based, with one day a week working remotely after the probation period. Working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. 23 days holidays. Discretionary yearly bonus. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hailsham.
