About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Shift Manager to support Greggs at their 46 High Street location in Inverness.
In this management role, you will take responsibility for running the shop whenever the Shop Manager isn't around. You will engage, motivate, and support the team while driving excellent service across all customer channels—including in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Inspire and direct team members to maintain high operational standards and achieve outstanding shop performance.
Customer Service: Lead by example on the shop floor by serving customers in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner.
Food Preparation & Merchandising: Oversee sandwich assembly, oven operations, and keep food displays fully stocked and presentable throughout the day.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
What We Are Looking For
Previous team supervisory or shift management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
Natural leadership capabilities with a dependable, hands-on work ethic.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Flexibility to work shift patterns agreed upon during the interview process.
