Our client is one of the UK's leading independent financial advice and wealth management firms. They give expert advice and long-term financial planning to individuals, families and businesses through a network of advisers and support staff. They are now looking for an Adviser Development Manager to lead, motivate and develop a team of Independent Financial Advisers based across the Midlands
You will lead a team of Independent Financial Advisers who deliver holistic financial planning advice. You will inspire the team to grow revenue and profitability, while making sure every adviser meets the firm's standards and FCA requirements, including Consumer Duty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and motivate a team of Independent Financial Advisers in line with the firm's behaviours, values and vision
- Ensure the team gives high-quality, holistic advice and achieves good client outcomes in line with FCA guidelines, including Consumer Duty
- Drive the team to meet KPIs, focusing on organic growth, client and adviser retention, and good customer outcomes
- Review client feedback, including complaints, breaches and client surveys, and lead improvementsR
- egularly review business development plans and adviser performance, including completion of annual client reviews
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience building and managing successful teams
- Previous sales management experience, ideally within financial advice or wealth management
- Strong understanding of FCA requirements, including Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly
- Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
