Order Picker / Dispatch Operative

Location: Droylsden

Pay Rate: £29,269.50 per annum

Permanent Role

We're looking for an Order Picker / Dispatch Operative to join a friendly warehouse team in Droylsden. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in doing a job properly. You'll be picking orders using a voice headset system, helping with dispatch, and supporting general warehouse duties. Some FLT work may be involved, although a licence isn't essential as training can be provided for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

• Picking orders using a voice-operated headset
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• General warehouse and labouring duties
• Operating an FLT where required (desirable but not essential)
• Working accurately and safely at all times

What we're looking for:

• Good attention to detail
• Basic maths skills
• The role involves manual handling and being on your feet for most of the shift
• A full driving licence and your own transport due to the location
• FLT experience would be an advantage
• Harness training is beneficial but not essential

Hours: Rotating shifts:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 9:00am - 6:00pm
• 1:00pm - 10:00pm

What's on offer:

• Permanent position
• Christmas bonus
• Training and development opportunities
• Stable, long-term employment with a well-established business

If you're reliable, hard-working and looking for a long-term warehouse role with a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
