Quality Technician Location: Plymouth (on–site) Salary: 30,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week _ About the Role Our client, a reputable manufacturing and production company based in Plymouth, is seeking a Quality Technician. This role involves ensuring that all manufactured components meet the required quality standards. The position offers an environment where attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential. _ The Role Carry out quality inspections and checks on manufactured components and products. Ensure products meet required drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify, record, and help investigate quality issues and non–conformances. Work closely with production and engineering colleagues to resolve quality concerns and support corrective actions. Maintain accurate quality and inspection records while contributing to continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. _ Essential Requirements Previous experience within a quality, inspection, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Competent at performing detailed quality checks and maintaining documentation. Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside production and engineering teams. Able to maintain accurate quality documentation and records. Competent at identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. Good communication skills to work effectively alongside production and engineering teams. _ Desirable Qualifications and Skills Previous experience inspecting manufactured or engineering components. Experience working with technical drawings, specifications, or quality documentation.
