Warehouse Operative

About the Role 365 People, a recruitment agency based in Oldbury, is currently recruiting on behalf of a well–established company in Bartley Green (Birmingham). Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a varied, hands–on role offering an even split between driving and warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of working on the road and being part of a busy warehouse team. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently. Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Assisting with goods–in and goods–out operations. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse. Completing delivery paperwork accurately. Following all health and safety procedures. Candidates must be presentable, approachable and polite as this is a customer facing role. Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will have: A full, valid, Clean UK driving licence Previous warehouse experience Good communication and organisational skills. A reliable, flexible and hardworking attitude. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and a safety–conscious approach. What's on Offer? GBP12.71 per hour. Full–time, Monday to Friday working hours 7.30am starts. Temp to Perm opportunity. A varied role combining driving and warehouse duties.
