Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant in Thame, you will manage core accounting tasks and provide clear financial information that helps day-to-day decisions. You will work within the Accounting & Finance department to keep reporting accurate and useful. Client Details The organisation operates in Thame. Description The Management Accountant's responsibilities will cover: Prepare monthly management accounts to give stakeholders a clear view of financial performance.Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile key balance sheet accounts.Produce regular financial reports and explain key movements in income and costs.Support budget preparation and update forecasts using current financial information.Review expenditure and identify practical ways to improve cost control.Work with colleagues across the business to gather information for reporting and planning.Improve accounting processes to make reporting more accurate and efficient.Help maintain reliable financial data for the Accounting & Finance team.Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.Ability to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.Confidence interpreting financial information and explaining key findings clearly.Good attention to detail when reviewing financial data and reports.Ability to manage priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines.Job Offer Benefits include: Salary of 45,000 to 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.Standard benefits package.If you're interested in this role, apply now.
