The Role
- Set and operate manual grinding machinery.
- Grind precision components to tight tolerances and customer specifications.
- Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Measure and inspect components using precision equipment, carrying out in-process and final checks.
- Previous experience operating manual grinding machinery.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
- Confident using precision measuring equipment.
- Background in precision engineering or manufacturing.
- Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy.
- £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
- 4-day working week.
- Permanent opportunity in Poole.
