About the role

The Role
- Develop offline CNC programmes for 3, 4 and 5-axis machine tools.
- Create tool definitions, setup sheets, tooling plans and production routings.
- Prove out programmes and support their introduction into production.
- Improve machining processes, tooling strategies and workholding to maintain quality and production efficiency.
- Previous experience as an Offline CNC Programmer.
- Background in CNC machining, including milling and turning.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, ideally Fusion 360 or similar.
- Understanding of multi-axis machining, tooling and workholding strategies.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- £44,800–£49,800 annual salary.
- Full-time, permanent position.
