We’re working with an established organisation continuing to invest in its digital products and customer experience. Due to ongoing growth, they’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join their team and play a key role in shaping product improvements and delivering measurable business value.

THE SENIOR PRODUCT ANALYST ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for leading product analysis and discovery activities, identifying customer and business problems and translating these into actionable product requirements.

Working closely with Product Designers, Engineers and Delivery Leads, you’ll use customer insights, data and research to shape product decisions and support delivery from initial discovery through to release.

You’ll also define success metrics, facilitate stakeholder workshops, analyse competitor activity and mentor other Product Analysts to support continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong experience in Product Analysis or Business Analysis within digital product environments
• Experience leading product discovery and requirements gathering
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working within Agile, cross-functional delivery teams
• Ability to analyse customer data and translate insights into product improvements
• Experience defining success metrics and measuring product performance
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring analysts and promoting best practices
• Familiarity with Jira and product delivery processes advantageous
