Envision Education is recruiting a passionate SEND Primary Teacher for a specialist school in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils with additional needs through engaging, inclusive and personalised teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
- Adapt learning resources to support different abilities and learning styles.
- Monitor progress and encourage academic, social and emotional development.
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and families.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Primary teaching experience; SEND experience is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A patient, flexible and supportive approach.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
