About the role
Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading retail business to recruit a Data Analyst. London/Leeds based - Hybrid working
Role- The Data Analyst will design and implement post-campaign analysis (PCA) frameworks to measure retail media effectiveness and incremental sales uplift.
- Analyse EPOS data to evaluate campaign performance, including test vs control methodologies, product halo effects and category cannibalisation.
- Develop automated reporting solutions, dashboards and data visualisations to communicate campaign performance.
- Support the development of data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability.
- Translate complex analytical findings into compelling commercial insights and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical partners to define reporting requirements, validate solutions and ensure successful delivery.
- Document analytical methodologies, reporting processes and technical solutions.
Profile
- The Data Analyst will have strong experience within retail media, retail analytics or campaign effectiveness measurement.
- Proven experience working with EPOS / transactional sales data.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery, GCP or Azure.
- Experience using visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of campaign measurement methodologies, including incremental sales uplift and test vs control analysis.
- Excellent commercial awareness, stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, deliver at pace and manage multiple priorities.
