We’re looking for a Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section and making sure guests are well looked after throughout their visit.
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and genuine approach.
- Taking and relaying orders clearly and accurately.
- Recommending food and drinks with confidence.
- Working closely with the floor and bar teams to keep service smooth and efficient.
- Helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere in the room.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Confidence managing a section during busy service.
- Experience following structured service steps, including allergen procedures.
- Someone warm, organised and attentive to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication.
- A genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music.
What to Expect
- Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71– £13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
