Sales Account Manager

This role requires experience in sales, account management or upselling. You must be comfortable working within a busy sales team, making outbound calls, generating leads, and building relationships with new and existing accounts.

Duties and responsibilities

• The Sales Account Manager will be point of contact for the BDM in the office when BDM is out.
• You will work in partnership with the BDM and will report into the Sales Director
• Proactively making outbound calls, booking meetings, and proactively working accounts.
• Building relationships with customers to encourage future referrals via phone, emails, social media and occasional face to face meetings.
• Focus on growing and developing existing clients.
• Responsible for ensuring excellent service at all times
• Ensuring CRM account records are up to date and current.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience in working in a fast-paced sales / account management environment
• Motivated, confident communicator, highly proactive, eager to go above and beyond targets
• Able to work as part of team along side your BDM, but also work alone
• Experience in developing relationships within accounts and generate new sales leads.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and have experience in cold calling.

• OTE £37K+.
