About the role
The Supporter Care Administrator (Maternity Cover) will be a key member of the busy Supporter Care Team, responsible for providing a high quality, efficient service to Plantlife members and supporters and members of the public. You will be dealing with general enquiries, financial and fundraising admin and assisting with organising events.
Working closely with the Supporter Relationship Manager and other members of the team, you will be using our CRM database alongside Microsoft Excel for a large proportion of your time to process and deliver administrative tasks.
About you
You will act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, delivering a friendly, welcoming and high-quality service that makes members and supporters feel valued and strengthens loyalty to Plantlife.
You will assist with the organisation and delivery of online and in-person events to support member and supporter engagement. Shared responsibility with the wider team for database management and financial, fundraising and membership administration.
